Once upon a time…..

This thing all started a long time ago, on a city street in front of a construction site with a cinder block and a 2×6 board. the goal was simple, see who could jump the highest and farthest on our bikes. That was the beginning of my daredevil phase, it is something I still search for.

Fast forward to 2019 and I was in search of a mountain bike but the options seemed endless and everyone has their own opinion of what you should buy and that’s not actually very helpful.

4 years later and I am in love with the sport of mountain biking and the outdoors is more fun then ever. Just like the 8 year old kid that loved jumping over stuff on a city street, today I look for bigger adventures and challenges.

I started SAMTB for fun and to take people along for the ride, to offer some guidance when you’re searching for bikes and other products that make riding even more fun. Also I’ll dig into some more serious items such as helmets and other protective wear.
